Australian Construction and Maintenance Engineers (ACME) has operated as a registered business since 1990 and was incorporated in 1994. Originally specialising in plant hire, 1994 Acme diversified to become one of the leading water, gas and sewer pipeline construction specialists, capable of building pipelines up to 1700mm diameter.

Acme operations are overseen by Managing Dirctor Denys Stuart. With over 30 years experience in the water industry, Denys has overseen the growth of Acme into a successful and competetive company.

Since 1990, Acme has been on the approved contractors list to provide water and sewer main construction and maintenance services to Yarra Valley Water.
ACME is accredited under the Integrated Management System developed by the Civil Contractors Federation, which incorporates, Quality Assurance, Environmental Management and Occupational Health and Safety. This accreditation has been in place since June 2001.

We have been selected as one of the Building and Allied Products Category Finalists in 1999 and 2004 for the Age/Dun & Bradstreet Victorian Business Awards.
